With your clients able to access information directly, they get quicker updates and your Project Managers spend less time answering the phone and more time managing laboratory operations. With Element ClientConnect your clients will be able to:
- Display a project list and associated lab work orders and analysis
- Select sample and results detail
- Download final reports, EDDs, and related documents
- Export configurable data reports (including CSV)
- View Methodology Directory and list analysis, analyte, CAS number, description,
general method, specific method, or test package
- Enter samples and create chain of custody records through integration with the
Promium EnviroChain EA application
ClientConnect can be managed locally or hosted by Promium.

- Create customized welcome language and disclaimer.
- Allow users to change their passwords with customizable password format.
- Disable selected functionality to limit exposure.

Work Order List
Display the work orders associated with each of your projects. Highlight flag limits and regulatory limits, and view sample history.
Display methodology by searching on a varety of factors including: Analysis, Analyte, CAS Number, Discrpition, General Method, Specific Method, and Test Package.
Display the samples detail for each work order.
Display the results associated with each sample.
Integration with EnviroChain EA
Select the Ec icon and open a channel to enter samples and create an online chain of custody using EnviroChain EA.
